At Sana Lake Recovery Center, we treat substance use and mental health disorders as a chronic disease that is unique to each of our members. Our substance use programs have been designed to be member-centered, catering to personalized needs throughout the entire healing process.

The Position

We are currently looking to fill a position on our Outreach Team. This position will provide outreach for substance use disorders, mental health and co-occurring treatment services to professionals throughout the Midwest. They will receive patient referrals from professionals in their respective regions an place patient referrals in one of Sana Lake Recovery Center programs.

Responsibilities

  • Markets Sana Lake Treatment Center programs to professionals in an effective manner.
  • Learns and familiarizes him/herself with all daily working procedures, including knowledge of all Sana Lake Recovery Center Programs; knowledge of services provided by Sana Lake Recovery Center and their network; use of cellular equipment; use of computer; submitting referrals; and coordinating admissions with referral sources and family members.
  • Develops working relationships with any and all professionals who have the ability to refer patients to Sana Lake Recovery Centers, including Hospitals, EAPs, private counselors, case workers, discharge planners, doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, attorneys (DUI & Trust Fund), union/labor stewards, pastors/clergy, and local governments.
  • Conducts quality presentations/In-services for agencies, hospital staff, discharge planners, and other groups as they are identified.
  • Conducts at least 2-4 quality presentations/In-services per month.
  • Makes at least five in person contacts per day, with a minimum of 3 being scheduled meetings and 2 new face to face meetings daily
  • Daily reporting in Salesforce or equivalent CRM program
  • Consults and networks with other Sana Lake Recovery Center consultants and employees in a professional way to enhance and improve the Sana Lake Recovery Center work environment and learn different techniques, strategies, and approach.

EDUCATION:

Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:

Valid driver's license
