The Role

We are currently looking for an Peer Recovery Coach to live onsite. The Housing Peer will support housing rules, hand out supplies, walk through housing inspections, work with resident captains and leads, house meetings, rotate on call and holidays. Maintain order, random UA screens.

Activities provided by the Peer Recovery Coach emphasize the acquisition, development, and expansion of the rehabilitation skills needed to move forward in substance use or co-occurring recovery. The Recovery Supportive Housing Peer will also provide transportation between Recovery Housing and Outpatient Services. The peer will provide emergency response throughout the housing location. RSH Peers will also provide guidance at residences where Members reside. Interventions are built on the unique relationship between the Peer Specialist, the individual served, and his or her family unit.



High school diploma or GED


Self identify as a present or former primary client of substance use services.


Certified as a Peer Support through the Missouri Credentialing Board

Valid State of Missouri Driver’s License (Class E)

CPR and First Aid Certified

CPI Certified

All candidates who have received a written offer of employment will be required to undergo background check and drug testing.
